3.8 Unweighted GPA 

Must attend an Oklahoma Public University

Household Income under $100,000 -  Household Income Certification Form

Strong Moral Character - Recommendation Form

500 Word Essay

Strong preference given to Eastern Oklahoma County high school attendees

Completion of application form - Application Form

Submission of official stamped transcript with GPA and test scores

Essay Prompt

In approximately 500 words please write an essay covering all three of the following topics:

1. Challenges you faced in reaching your educational achievements

2. Your future educational goals including the college you plan to attend and the degree you will pursue and why

3. Where you see yourself in 10 years
